The chromogenic substrate ADOS is a kind of raw material used in the biochemical kit for color development, CAS No. 82692-96-4, which can react with 4-AAP in the presence of peroxidase catalyzed by hydrogen peroxide to produce a chromogenic reaction. Solution configuration

The chromogenic substrate ADOS is a highly water-soluble sodium aniline derivative modified from the traditional chromogenic phenol and aniline.Reagent powder may be attached to the tube wall or bottle wall, allowing low-speed centrifugation with a centrifuge to reduce product loss; the product has good solubility and can be dissolved directly with deionized water; double-distilled water or ultrapure water can be used for higher experimental requirements; when special circumstances require DMSO as a solvent, its solubility in DMSO should be consulted first, and a corresponding DMSO concentration control group should be set up;In special cases, water bath or ultrasonic vibration can be used to assist dissolution; when the concentration changes too quickly during the dilution process and the substance precipitates, ultrasonic method can be used to reconstitute it.

Whether the product is sterile

This product is powdered reagent, which is cryopreserved to reduce the possibility of long-term bacteria in solution reagents. When preparing solution, it is only necessary to keep the operating environment and equipment and instruments sterile. If sterilization is really necessary, it is recommended to use bacterial filters, and do not sterilize at high temperature and high pressure.

When ADOS is used as chromogenic substrate to participate in the hydrogen peroxide coupling chromogenic reaction, peroxidase is required. Therefore, the pH of the reaction system is strictly required. It is suggested that the biological buffer produced by Desheng Technology be used to adjust the reaction and the environmental pH to ensure the activity of the enzyme and improve the detection sensitivity.
