1、 Serum gel content

If the diameter of the test tube is 16 ㎜, the amount of glue added should be above 1.0-1.2g, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

1. Content of heparin sodium and heparin lithium
Heparin is extracted from the intestinal mucosa of pigs and used as a natural anticoagulant. It can be made into heparin sodium or heparin lithium for use, with different levels of addition. The industry standard for the added content of heparin lithium is 9.4 IU-28 IU units per milliliter, while the standard for the addition of heparin sodium is 12 IU-30 IU units per milliliter. However, these are standard reference values given by the industry, and are usually added according to actual conditions during routine use of test tubes. Typically, 15-25 IU of heparin is added per milliliter of blood.
2. EDTA II and III potassium content
The content of potassium EDTA is usually determined based on the amount of blood drawn. According to the requirements of the Medical Committee, the content of potassium EDTA or potassium EDTA in each milliliter of blood is 1.5-2.2 mg, with an intermediate value of 1.8 mg/ml taken when preparing the reagent. Its content is different from that of heparin, and the measurement method is also different. Heparin is calculated based on its potency, while EDTA is measured by weight. Note that the two should not be confused.
3、 Coagulant content
Due to its unique performance, spraying on the inner wall of the test tube can promote rapid blood coagulation. 20-30 ul of coagulant can be added to a 2-5ml blood test tube. If the blood collection volume of the test tube exceeds 5 ml, the content of the coagulant needs to be adjusted and increased.
