TRIS buffer formulation (reference)

10 mM Tris, 0.1% sodium azide, pH 8.0±0.1

CEA and PSA dilution buffer, specially designed for the preparation of certain CEA, PSA and non-complex PSA. But when other buffer salts are not needed, it is a suitable Tris buffer.

ingredient

Tris base: 1.210 g/L

Sodium azide: 1.0 g/L

5M HCl: as required

5M NaOH: as required

Distilled water (dH2O)

Instructions for use

1. Use cold dH2O to dissolve sodium trichloride and sodium azide about 90% of the final volume.

2. Add cold dH2O to obtain the final volume.

3. Adjust the pH to 8.0±0.1 with 5M HCl or 5M NaOH as needed. Filter as needed.

10 mM Tris, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.1% sodium azide, pH 8.0±0.1

Ferritin dilution buffer is specially designed for liver ferritin and spleen ferritin. It is suitable for Tris buffer used when other buffer salts are needed.

ingredient

Tris HCl: 1.296 g / L

Tris base: 0.215 g/L

Sodium chloride: 8.766 g/L

Sodium azide: 1.0 g/L

5M HCl: as required

5M NaOH: as required

Distilled water (dH2O)

Instructions for use

1. Use cold dH2O to dissolve Tris-HCl, Tris-Base, sodium chloride and sodium azide about 90% of the final volume.

2. Adjust the pH to 8.0±0.1 with 5M HCl or 5M NaOH as needed. To

3. Add cold dH2O to obtain the final volume.

4. Check the pH value and adjust the pH to 8.0±0.1 with 5M HCl or 5M NaOH as needed.

20 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, 50% glycerol, pH 8.5±0.1

Myoglobin dilution buffer is specially designed for cardiac myoglobin and skeletal muscle myoglobin. When EDTA and glycerol provide extra stability, it is suitable for Tris buffer.

ingredient

Tris HCl: 1.950 g/L

Tris base: 0.920 g/L

EDTA, four

Sodium: 0.416 g/L Glycerin: 500 ml/L

5M HCl: as required

5M NaOH: as required

Distilled water (dH2O)

Instructions for use

1. Dissolve about 45% of the final volume of Tris-HCl, Tris-Base and EDTA with cold dH2O.

2. Adjust the pH to 8.5±0.1 with 5M HCl or 5M NaOH as needed. To

3. Add cold dH2O to obtain about 50% of the volume.

4. Add cold glycerin to obtain final volume, mix well and cool.

5. Check the pH value and adjust the pH to 8.5±0.1 with 5M HCl or 5M NaOH as needed.

20 mM Tris, 150 mM sodium chloride, pH 7.4±0.1

ACT dilution buffer, specially designed for a1 anti-chymotrypsin. This solution is similar to the ferritin dilution buffer, but with a higher concentration of Tris and a slightly lower pH. To

ingredient

Tris base: 2.420 g/L

Sodium chloride: 8.766 g/L

5M HCl: as required

5M NaOH: as required

Distilled water (dH2O)

Instructions for use

1. Dissolve sodium trichloride and sodium chloride with cold dH2O, about 90% of the final volume.

2. Adjust the pH to 7.4±0.1 with 5M HCl as needed.

3. Add cold dH2O to obtain final volume and cool.

4. Check the pH value and adjust the pH to 7.4±0.1 with 5M HCl or 5M NaOH as needed.

5. Use a 0.45 µm filter for filtration.

20 mM Tris, 280 mM sodium chloride, 5 mM calcium chloride, 0.1% sodium azide, pH 8.0±0.1

CRP dilution buffer, specially designed for highly purified C-reactive protein, is suitable for situations that require higher concentrations of Tris, buffer salts and calcium chloride.

ingredient

Tris base: 2.423 g/L

Sodium chloride: 16.363 g / L

Calcium chloride: 0.735 g/L

Sodium azide: 1.0 g/L

5M HCl: about 3 ml / L

5M NaOH: as required

Distilled water (dH2O)

Instructions for use

1. Dissolve sodium trichloride and sodium chloride with cold dH2O, about 90% of the final volume.

2. Adjust the pH to 8.0±0.1 with 5M HCl as needed.

3. Add cold dH2O to obtain final volume and cool.

4. Check the pH value, adjust to pH 8.0±0.1 with 5M HCl or 5M NaOH as needed, and then add sodium azide.
