10 mM Tris, 0.1% sodium azide, pH 8.0±0.1
CEA and PSA dilution buffer, specially designed for the preparation of certain CEA, PSA and non-complex PSA. But when other buffer salts are not needed, it is a suitable Tris buffer.
ingredient
Tris base: 1.210 g/L
Sodium azide: 1.0 g/L
5M HCl: as required
5M NaOH: as required
Distilled water (dH2O)
Instructions for use
1. Use cold dH2O to dissolve sodium trichloride and sodium azide about 90% of the final volume.
2. Add cold dH2O to obtain the final volume.
3. Adjust the pH to 8.0±0.1 with 5M HCl or 5M NaOH as needed. Filter as needed.

5M NaOH: as required
Distilled water (dH2O)
Instructions for use
1. Dissolve about 45% of the final volume of Tris-HCl, Tris-Base and EDTA with cold dH2O.
2. Adjust the pH to 8.5±0.1 with 5M HCl or 5M NaOH as needed. To
3. Add cold dH2O to obtain about 50% of the volume.
4. Add cold glycerin to obtain final volume, mix well and cool.
