[usage and dosage of coagulant]

1. this product can be machine sprayed or manually added. During the process of adding, it is necessary to keep the suspension uniform and ensure that all effective ingredients are added in the same way.

2. Mechanical agitation, electromagnetic agitation and pneumatic agitation can be adopted to keep the suspension uniform; the agitation speed can be adjusted according to the actual situation;

3. After adding, it is necessary to dry the accelerator (not required for non organic solvent type accelerator). The drying temperature of hot air can be 40-80 ℃, and the time is 7-120s; the drying temperature of drying oven or drying room is about 40C, and the time is subject to thorough drying;

4. Add 20-30ul of this product to accelerate the coagulation of 2-5ml of blood at 20-25 ℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 20 ℃ or the blood volume is more than 5ml, the dosage of coagulant should be increased properly. If irradiation sterilization is needed, it is suggested to increase the dosage of coagulant by about 20%.

[precautions]

1. Blood coagulation is related to environmental temperature, reverse mixing degree, blood characteristics of patients, coagulant performance and blood volume, especially with temperature. When the ambient temperature of blood collection is lower than 20 ℃, the dosage of coagulant should be increased properly, the times of reverse mixing should be increased, the coagulation time should be prolonged, or it should be used together with 36 ℃ water bath box.

2. Blood cells and fibrin filaments will hang on the wall and slightly hemolysis will occur when coagulation is not sufficient. In some patients, when the blood is not completely clotted at one time, the clotting process may be stopped, collagen may precipitate or there is no serum separation after centrifugation.

3. The coagulation time is 5-15 minutes, that is, centrifugation on the machine, which may lead to the secondary separation of fibrin filaments and the appearance of fibrin filaments floating in the serum, which is very easy to cause the blockage of the probe.

4. When accelerator and separator are used at the same time, poor coagulation effect will affect serum quality and separator isolation effect.

5. After adding to the blood vessel for irradiation and sterilization, it is recommended to use γ - ray irradiation with a dose of 8 ~ 250kgy. The irradiation dose was controlled by the initial colony number.

6. It is recommended not to touch the coagulant directly by hand. When it is stuck to the skin, it can be rinsed with water.
