Generally, hydrochloric acid is added to adjust the pH value to obtain a buffer with the required pH value. Every time the temperature decreases by 1℃, the pH increases by about 0.03 units, and the concentration is diluted by 10 times, and the pH decreases by 0.03-0.05 units. 2. Add EDTA to Tris hydrochloric acid buffer to make TE buffer. TE buffer is used for DNA stabilization and storage.
