Principle of Chemiluminescence
It can be used for protein, antigen, antibody, nucleic acid (DNA, RNA) and other labels. The acridine hydrazide terminal is suitable for reaction with polysaccharides containing aldehyde groups, nucleic acids or proteins to label it with acridine.
