Preparation method of taps solution (about 1-2l)

Specific operation: Weigh equimolar amounts of Tris and 1,3-PS, and put an appropriate amount of alcoholic solvent into a 250ml three-necked flask with condensed reflux. Under stirring, heat up and reflux; after a period of reaction, Stop the reaction; at room temperature, let the reacted solution stand and cool to room temperature, and then filter under reduced pressure. The TAPS coarse filter cake is washed with an appropriate amount of absolute ethanol for 2 to 3 times. The TAPS filter cake is taken out and placed in a vacuum drying oven. Dry, and recover the filtrate filtered under reduced pressure for use. In the above synthesis process, the reaction time, different alcohol solvents and the recycling of reaction solvents all have a certain degree of influence on the yield and purity of TAPS. The experimental results show that the reaction time is controlled at 6 hours, and the yield is the highest. Continue to extend the reaction time, and the yield will decrease slightly; for the investigated reaction solvents of ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol and n-butanol, n-butanol is used as the reaction solvent. TAPS has the highest yield and purity; in the reaction process, the recycling of the reaction solvent is beneficial to improve the yield and purity of TAPS. In summary, using Tris and 1,3-PS as raw materials to synthesize TAPS, the reaction time is controlled at 6 hours, and n-butanol is used as the solvent, and recycled during the reaction process, the yield and purity of TAPS obtained are the best.
